U-PLUS Industry Insurance
U-PLUS Industry Insurance is a specifically tailored insurance product purchased by building and construction industry employers for their employees.
Since it establishment, U-PLUS has paid over $120 million to injured building workers. U-PLUS is the construction industry leader for Income Protection and Workers Compensation Top-Up Insurance.
NEST (National Entitlement Security Trust)
NEST is an Australian industry trust established to hold employment entitlements on trust for employees and their employers.
Participating employers make monthly contributions, on behalf of their employees into NEST. The most common contributions include annual leave, annual leave loading, sick leave, long service leave, severance and redundancy pay.
