Background Jim established Coverforce in 1994 as a specialist insurance provider to workers in the NSW construction industry. Prior to establishing Coverforce he was the Managing Director of Interak a construction company he founded in 1988. Jim has also been involved in financial markets as a Local Member of the Sydney Futures Exchange.
