U-PLUS Administration


The administration and management of U-PLUS Industry Insurance is carried out by Coverforce Pty Ltd, ABN 21 089 180 725.

Coverforce has 13 years experience as a specialist in the administration of industry insurance funds. Coverforce holds and Australian Financial Services Licence that allows it to provide financial product advice and to arrange, manage and administer life insurance products such as U-PLUS.

In addition to U-PLUS, Coverforce specialises in general insurance broking, general insurance underwriting, risk advice and the administration of employee benefits.

In relation to U-PLUS Coverforce will:

    »  arrangeYour registration as a Participating Employer;

    »  arrange the registration of your employees as participating employees;

    »  collect, allocate and remit insurance premiums;

    »  distribute and process all the relevant documentation necessary in arranging and administering Your insurance including         but not limited to statements of advice, monthly premium contribution statements, receipts for payment of premiums,         product disclosure statements, letters of engagement and the issuing of insurance policies on behalf of TOWER;

    »  provideYou with specific advice regarding your policy if requested;

    »  manage applications for claims;

    »  manage the ongoing claims process on Your behalf;

    »  process payments for claims including the management and remittance of applicable taxes and any other statutory matters;

    »  issue group certificates to claimants that have received benefits;

    »  produce, maintain, and regularly improve the technological member database systems used to administer U-PLUS Industry         Insurance; and

    »  provide customer assistance.
