Journey insurance

The following steps should be completed as soon as possible after your accident or injury.

  1. Notify your employer of your accident or injury
  2. Lodge a workers compensation claim
  3. Complete a Journey Accident Insurance claim form. For assistance completing your form please contact Coverforce.
  4. Send your completed claim forms along with all supporting documentation of your incident such as police reports, witness statements to Coverforce using the details below;

    Alternately, you can deliver your documents in person at your local Coverforce or CFMEU office.
Next steps

Coverforce will keep you updated as your claim is processed and will notify you of the results and next steps once a decision is made.

Travel insurance

In the event of an emergency whilst travelling please call AHI Assist reverse charge on +61 2 9978 6666 which is a 24/7 helpline.

For all other / non-emergency claims the following steps should be completed as soon as possible after your accident or injury.

  1. Complete a Travel Insurance claim form (available for download from this website). For assistance completing your form please contact Coverforce.
  2. Provide your completed claim forms along with all supporting documentation of your incident such as police reports, medical documentation and receipts to Coverforce using the details below;

Emergency transport cover

The following steps should be completed as soon as you receive your emergency transport (Ambulance) invoice.

  1. Complete a claim form, this can be downloaded here.
  2. Send your completed claim form along with a copy of your unpaid emergency transport (ambulance) invoice to Coverforce using the details below;

What if I have paid my emergency transport (ambulance) invoice?

No problem, we will reimburse you once your claim is accepted. You will need to include proof of payment along with your claim form and invoice. Proof of payment could be a receipt from the post office, a BPay receipt printout or a copy of your bank statement showing the payment.
