New Name, Same Great Brokers
As a valued client, we want to keep you informed about some exciting developments in our business and what they mean for you.
Following our decision to partner with Coverforce back in December 2019, we have now chosen to rename to Coverforce Complete Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd and adopt the group brand from the 1st of July 2021.
Making these changes allows us to streamline administration and present a seamless experience to our customers across our group.
We would like to make clear that ownership of our business will remain unchanged and we will continue to operate under our existing AFSL licence (246584). It is also important to note that are no staff changes and your current policies will not be affected by these changes.
Why did we choose to partner with Coverforce?
Our partnership with one of Australia’s largest insurance brokers, Coverforce affords us many powerful benefits including:
- greater buying power with underwriters and insurers through leveraging combined portfolios across the group and our continued Steadfast membership,
- access to a wider range of specialist products, market leading policy wordings and advice through the combined knowledge and experience of the group,
- more time to work with our clients, plus a quicker and smoother administration process due to centralised back office support, and;
- an enhanced claims management model, keeping you better informed and ensuring you receive your full entitlement without delay.
