About you

• No experience necessary, on the job training provided however knowledge of office and computer systems preferred
• You must be willing to undertake relevant professional qualifications
• Strong communication skills including friendly and professional phone manner
• Proactive approach to learning and interest in progressing your career in insurance broking
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Would ideally suit an assistant or support executive looking for an exciting opportunity

About the role

• Assisting our broking team with client enquiries, renewals, policy alterations, cancellations, and claims
• General day to day administrative support to our broking team
• Dealing with and maintaining a professional relationship with both clients and insurers
