About you

• Tier 1 General Insurance Broking qualification preferred but not mandatory
• Sound knowledge of all quoting platforms will be highly regarded
• Comfortable working in a fast high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills including friendly and professional phone manner
• Proactive approach to learning and interest in progressing your career in insurance broking

About the role

• Provide broking support to our Senior Account Managers with their domestic and commercial quoting
• Assist the broking team with a range of administrative duties and technical support
• Liaise, negotiate, and develop relationships between all stakeholders including clients, underwriters, referral partners and colleagues
• Help manage new business, renewals, endorsements, and all other processing as required
• Build long-term relationships with all internal and external clients, while acquiring a sound knowledge of client's industry, business, and risks.
