Corporate Services Officer - Builders Warranty
Full Time Permanent

We are seeking a strong candidate to join our Builders Warranty team. You will need excellent attention to detail, sound computer skills and the ability to communicate clearly with customers.
Our builders warranty service team manages NSW Home Building Compensation Fund (HBCF) for our construction clients across NSW. The main focus of the role is to work directly with our clients to manage their eligibility requirements and incoming project applications as well as any other related queries.
Duties
- New client onboarding duties
- Managing HBCF eligibilities
- Processing HBCF project applications
- Triage client enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain client files in a paperless office environment
- Creating and managing of invoices and debtors
- Communication of requirements and outcomes with clients and stakeholders
- General stakeholder communication
- Analyse business processes and promote process improvement
Essential Skills and Experience
- Preferably (but not essential) 2 years in a finance, administrative or insurance related role
- Specific NSW Builders Warranty Insurance experience would be highly regarded
- Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements
- Effective negotiation skills
- Ability to liaise with different stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior time management and ability to prioritise competing priorities
- Recognise the benefit of providing excellent customer service
- Experience in working in a high volume and fast-paced environment
- Desire to learn and be flexible to business change
- Proven experience in business improvement
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team

Claims Executive - General Insurance

We are currently seeking a qualified Claims Executive (General) to join our fast growing claims team in Perth.
Experience in managing home, motor, property, marine cargo, travel as well as experience in Professional Indemnity and Public Liability claims would be beneficial.
Duties
- Managing your own claims portfolio
- Maintaining claims notes and files
- Receiving and reviewing insurance claims
- Lodgement of claims and related documents with insurers
- Responding to claims enquiries and liaising with multiple parties as required
- Communication of requirements and outcomes with clients and stakeholders
- General stakeholder communication
Skills and Experience
- Preferably 2 years in an insurance claims or insurance related role, you will have a full understanding of the claims process
- Bonus if you are experienced in any of these classes (strata, property, business pack, marine logistics, liability and construction insurance)
- Excellent communication skills and a confident disposition when dealing with people, often in difficult circumstances and confidential matters that require diplomatic management
- Salary will vary depending on experience and benchmarked against the rest of the team

Senior Claims Executive
Full Time Permanent
Sydney - Barangaroo
We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Claims Executive to join our fast growing claims team in Sydney.
Experience in Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance claims as well as experience managing home, motor, property, marine cargo, and travel claims.
Duties
- Interpret the PI and PL policy wordings to ensure accurate application by the insurers
- Overseeing insurers handling of complex claims from start to finish while keeping the client informed along the way
- Building departmental capabilities by mentoring and training more junior team members as you will act as an SME
- Prepare adhoc claims reports to present to brokers and clients
- Support new and expended business endeavours through provisions of claim review and active participation in departmental meetings
- Communication with various third parties (solicitors, loss adjustors, brokers and barristers) on behalf of clients
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years in PI and PL claims with specific ANZIIF qualification desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels - strong influencing and communication skills; willing to handle all types of claims (with experience in the past for this) (house and motor claims will be included when necessary)
- Organisational skills
- High level of client service
- Completed law degree or relevant degree (some legal experience preferred but not essential)
- Salary will vary depending on experience benchmarked against the rest of the team
