His skills in risk analysis and providing tailored solutions for clients are key to the way he operates. Con joined Uniba an international broker cluster in over 130 countries over 15 years ago to further his skills in international risk placement and management.
Con’s experience tops a long list of qualifications and memberships with professional associations. Among other involvements, he was on the national board of directors at IBNA Limited an unlisted public company for over 10 years (Chairman 1997/98), holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Broking) and is a Senior Associate Member of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF). Con also holds a Graduate Diploma from the Institute of Company Directors.

Lou is a Certified Insurance Professional. And has worked in the Insurance Industry for 42 years, (33 years as an insurance broker).
Lou is experienced in all areas of insurance and has worked with a host of major clients across Australia who represent a whole spectrum of commercial and corporate activities from Engineering to Transport; Recruitment to Contracting; Manufacturing to Professional Risks and many others.
Lou has concentrated in Auditing and reviewing Insurance Programs for Clients and offering solutions that meet their insurance needs. He has specialised in Risk Management and in Workers Compensation including Claims reviews and determining strategies for complicated Claims. Lou attained his Cert IV in OH&S.
Lou is an Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and a Certified Insurance Professional. Lou is managing his own group of Clientele including the majority of our Northern Country Clients. Lou is an Executive Director of the Company and is assisted by fellow team colleague Curtis Smith, Account Manager.
David has worked in the Insurance Industry for 39 years with the last 30 years being spent at broking positions with Westminster Broking House. Commencing in 1989 as a Broker being promoted to Director and shareholder in 1994. In 2014, David took over the reigns as Managing Director and at the same time became the major shareholder in company whilst still maintaining responsibility for 50 of the largest clients within the Westminster Group. David currently continues to manage all National clients of the company and also acts for several Global customers in respect of their Australian and New Zealand operations.
External to Westminster, David previously held 2 industry Board positions on the National Boards IBNA (Insurance Brokers Network of Australia) who represents 84 Insurance brokers around the country and AIMS (Austbrokers IBNA member services) this group acts for an additional 42 insurance brokers around Australia.
David has participated on these boards for more than 10 years and jointly the 2 organisations administer in excess of $3 billion of premiums being place in to the Australian insurance market. David currently holds the position of Vice Chairman of IBNA.
External to the Australian insurance industry, David holds a Board position on the committee of the WACCC (WA Chinese chamber of commerce).
David excels in skills of policy placement, insurer negotiations and as a result of industry board positions is in regular communication with all CEO executives of all the major insurance companies around Australia and can command considerable leverage if any insurer falls short on the commitments generated within policy coverage.
Mark has over worked in the insurance industry as a broker and underwriter specialising in professional liability since 2007. Mark spent 7 years with the international insurance broking firm Marsh where he was responsible for the negotiation, placement and servicing of professional liability programs for a variety of clientele from large corporate clients to small private companies.
Prior to joining Coverforce 3LP Mark worked at Zurich Australian Insurance as the Queensland Underwriting Manager for Financial Lines Insurance. In this role Mark was accountable for the management, development and underwriting of a professional liability book whose product portfolio incorporated: Directors’ & Officers’ Liability, Professional Indemnity, Prospectus Liability, Crime, Employment Practices, IT Liability and Management Liability.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Business in Public Sector Management and is a Committee Member of the Queensland Chapter of the Australian Professional Indemnity Group.
Carwyn has specialised in insurance broking and underwriting since 1998. Carwyn’s experience includes structuring, placing and managing large, complex insurance programmes incorporating a high degree of risk management and captive arrangements.
Carwyn has worked at international and national broking firms in various countries including Australia, England and New Zealand. During this time he developed a particular interest and expertise in Property and General Liability insurance providing high level advice to clients in relation to policy interpretation, contract review provisions, claims advocacy, program structuring and risk management.
In addition to his extensive broking background Carwyn has also worked as an insurance underwriter in both the general insurance and professional liability sectors.
Ahmad has worked in Banking and Finance for 15 years specialising in construction lending.
Since 2002, Ahmad has worked as an insurance broker specialising in Construction, Public Liability, Strata and Home Warranty. He has been based at Bankstown for most of his business career however services clients located all over NSW.
