Making a Claim
Journey Accident Insurance
The following steps should be completed as soon as possible after your accident or injury.
- Notify your employer of your accident or injury
- Lodge a Workers Compensation Claim
- Contact the Union and speak with one of their solicitors to determine whether you may be entitled to benefits that you may not be aware of.
- Complete a Journey Accident Insurance Claim Form
- Send your completed claim form along with all supporting documentation of your incident such as police reports and witness statements to Coverforce using the details below;

- Alternately, you can deliver your documents in person at your local Coverforce or NUW office.
